JCICS Delays Standards of Practice

January 3rd: JCICS announced a revision of their timeline for their Vietnam Standards of Practice. According to the announcement,

This decision was made in order to ensure that the most up-to-date information is incorporated in the document which will be presented to Vietnamese provinces and the DIA by Joint Council President & CEO Tom DiFilipo.

New information obtained from USCIS and USDOS officials at Joint Council’s Board of Directors meeting next week as well as the feedback received from Joint Council members and external Summit attendees will be incorporated into the document which will be available for your review around January 20th.

The revised date for compliance to the Standards for all signatory ASPs is now July 30, 2008.
