Irish look to finalize new adoption pact with Vietnam

The Irish Examiner reports that:

A new agreement to allow Irish couples to resume adopting children from Vietnam is due to be concluded this week.

The Examiner also reports that the pact will allow adoptions to resume in Ireland later this year, while at the same time noting that the U.S. does not believe that Vietnam is “fully compliant”.
