In their report published earlier this year, the Department of State Office of Children’s Issues published the following statistics about adoptions in Vietnam between October 1, 2015 and September 30, 2016:
Thirteen adoptions were finalized in the first year of the new program.
The “Average Days to Completion” of those adoptions was 304 days.
The median fees were $16,072.
